Silicate topcoats

Topcoat SI 30

• Silicate topcoat for parts that are in contact with food
• The layer is characterized by very good sliding properties
• An higher amount of special non-organic microsilicon compounds leads to a very good corrosion protection

Topcoat GL

• A special composition of additves with polyacrilic makes it possible to obtain very good sliding properties with a coefficient of friction from 0,08 to 0,14
• It provides the removal of chrome from the passivation surface
• It is possible to color the topcoat with special pigments

Topcoat Black

• A black colored topcoat used for coating of passivated or black chrome coated zinc layers and different surfaces that need a black color as a final layer
• A special composition of additves with polyacrilic makes it possible to obtain excellent corrosion protection
• The surface of the topcoat guarantees good sliding properties

Topcoat HSA ONE

• One-component topcoat with non-organic addtives for covering all kinds of passivations and chrome layers
• It can be used on barrels and pendants
• The obtained layers fulfill the requirements for working conditions in the automotive industry in 120 ̊C for 24h
