ZINKSTAR 600

Weakly acidic zinc tools

HCD

  • An additive against scorches in a weakly acidic zinc process
  • It apositively affects the thickness distribution of the metal
  • It can be used up to 60 ̊C

MAX-TEN

  • An additive that is removing pollutions which are introduced with salts
  • In polluted baths it fortifies the activity of the gloss compound causing a lower consumption of gloss additives
  • It can be used to 60 ̊C

FEX

  • This additve removes dissolved iron from weakly acidic zink baths without oxidation of organic components
  • It reduces the dissolvation of iron
  • Delivered liquid

Alkaline zinc

ALKASTAR

  • Designed for barrel and pendant lines with well prepared surfaces
  • It is characterized by a good thickness distribution of the layers and it is suitable for covering very proviled parts
  • Additives don’t contain complexing compounds what affects the neutralization

ALKATEQ

  • An ecological process of alkaline zinc coating with a high gloss resistant to not precisely prepared surfaces
  • It is resistant to high temperatures up 35 ̊C
  • Additives don’t contain complexing compounds what makes the neutralization easier
